• Beef Short Rib — Herb and tomato-braised short rib with a red wine demi served with mashed potatoes and carrots

• Chicken and Greens — Two six-ounce chicken breasts marinated and grilled, finished in the oven with Italian braised green and banana peppers, served with fresh pappardelle pasta tossed in homemade alfredo sauce

• Stuffed Grouper — Wild-caught black grouper topped with a Maryland-style crab cake, served with wild rice pilaf and asparagus topped with a citrus beurre blanc
